Situated at the origins of Suffolk’s River Blyth, within attractively landscaped grounds and waters, Blyth Rise Stays is a peaceful retreat for discerning travellers.

We are immensely proud of this English countryside destination that we are creating on the outskirts of Laxfield — an historic and picturesque Suffolk village. Our attractive wooden Lodges and Igluhuts are being artfully integrated into the landscape, surrounded by numerous well-established and newly planted trees and shrubs.

Laxfield is ideally located in the heart of the East Anglian countryside with many of Suffolk's beautiful towns and attractions within easy reach. The historic towns of Framlingham and Halesworth, with their excellent selection of shops, cafes, and weekly markets are each within a 15-minute drive. If it's the famous Suffolk coast you are after, the popular seaside spots of Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, and Dunwich are all within easy reach for a day trip out. Finally, Suffolk has a rich and vibrant history, from the Anglo-Saxon burial site at Sutton Hoo, to the sunken city at Dunwich, and not forgetting the famous castles of Orford and Framlingham — there really is something for everyone.

Indulge yourself in our luxurious saunas, join one of our yoga classes or book a massage in the privacy of your cabin. Perhaps enjoy the walking paths around the site and beyond, sit and read by the waters, or simply relax until it’s time to light the BBQ, pour a drink, and sit back to watch the famous Suffolk sunsets.
